Having renovated a 1876 Church, and a 1887 cheese factory in to personal residences, I can appreciate the great effort into this amazing evolution. Thank you for sharing this project with us. Hopefully it will inspire a younger generation into discovering their dreams.

Turned out very nice. Not everyone can visualize what a house renovation would look like and therefore scares a lot of people off. Everything he did isn’t necessarily difficult, but it’s a lot of hard work. The only part of the renovation I’d probably hire out is the electrical and plumbing as I’ve never done it before.

SÍ, ES REALMENTE TODO UN PROYECTO HECHO REALIDAD!! Es mi caso, a mis 62 años hemos adquirido con pareja un departamento en muy mal estado, también hay que hacerle todas las instalaciones desde cero: electricidad, gas, agua, drenajes pluviales y cloacales... Retirado de revoques y algunos pisos.... De donde soy, los fríos o los calores no son extremos, las aislaciones son mas que todo acústicas e hídricas... pero no me voy a librar de hacer enormes reformas, y... si sé hacerlas, desde chico he trabajado en obras de construcción, pero me faltaría una ayudante como la del video (JA.. JA!!!!!) Hermosa quedó la casa!!! "lo que hemos hecho con nuestras propias manos.... se disfruta el doble!!!" Mis respetos a ambos.
