I don't know why, but synthpop always puts me in a positively strange mood, I'm bipolar and that also means that I alternate between joy and sadness, listening to synthwave at night feels like taking a cup of water in the desert,since it regulates my mood, I don't care if the genre is les popular than others, I know one thing, I'll make sure that my children and grand children know about The midnight, Timecop1983, Gunship and all the others.

This album was the soundtrack to my law school experience. I lived alone for most of my 3 years in Des Moines; and I had my fair share of night drives after legal clinic, the gym, or a new love interest. This music will always represent my time there.
