No Climbing, No Swimming, no Paraglider--if the stamina bar appears at all, I have to reset. Is it possible to beat The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom without stamina?

subscribe if nintendo should rename the game to "Tears of the Slight Incline That Makes You Use Stamina WHY DID YOU MAKE THE GAME LIKE THIS"

The fact that it took almost 40 minutes to get past the tutorial section, over 3 and a half hours to get to the Temple of Time, and over 5 hours to get to the first shrine is absolutely hilarious

I can imagine Rauru is watching Link do all this and thinking "Maybe I should have given him my legs too..."

Respect to the editor for editing a 15 hour speedrun to 38 minutes 🫡

I love how Colgera is one of the easier bosses in the game, but one of the harder ones for self-imposed challenge runs.

The fact that in the time it took him to get to a chasm a fall damage cancel was discovered is truly amazing
  • The straight emotionless face Link has while plummeting at terminal velocity down the depths is beyond hilarious to me.

Fun fact: the fall damage cancel property of the paraglider actually shows up BEFORE the stamina consumption, so if you time it really well, you can use the paraglider to cancel fall damage without using any stamina. It's like a 5 frame window if from really high up though. Edit: maybe a skill issue, but I can't reproduce this in TOTK or BOTW. But I swear the stamina wheel didn't show up with good timing. Or maybe it was patched in TOTK and never existed in BOTW.
  • Would’ve been so funny if you had to use stamina to grab Zelda’s arm at the end… 😂
  • Imagine how Ganon must feel knowing it's easier to beat him than to climb a wall Like he just got his ass swept by an asthmatic Link

Respect to the editor for placing the low health sound effect every time theres stamina
  • @imorphemi
i think epona summoned by amiibo is already tamed by you so you dont have to use stamina to get a horse that way, that could be a good solution to traveling long distances

I love that the shrine completion plays each time PointCrow clears an obstacle. Props to the editor!

I love that riding rocks is an absolutely critical part of this run

I actually caught that detail of Zelda's torch being present at the bottom of the Imprisoning Chamber on my first run! Such an awesome little touch of detail

My favorite part was he was like wait, do rocks float in water? Then he threw the rock in the water and it sank.

There's actually a little trick that would have saved you a tiny bit of grief here after getting ultrahand. As long as you're ultrahanding something, you can walk up almost anything without engaging climb or using stamina. You can even use this to walk up some mountains, if you just maneuver to the right paths.

The way he pauses in absolute disbelief at every wall is pure gold xD
