Y'all need to file a formal complaint against that official. At the highest possible level. Use the phrase Breech of Public Trust. This level of good 'ol boys BS is flat out corruption that needs to be stamped on from above.

It's ridiculous! He had a tantrum because you had legal counsel on the phone, and he couldn't bully you. He needs his power taken away from him cause clearly he abuses it. I live in middle , Tennessee and you best believe they will be hearing from me and a couple of our equine friends. We will get a petition started if that what needs to be done ! As a scene, I’m ashamed that our law-enforcement would act that way meanwhile they don’t make animal control go out to any calls or do anything you have to call the sheriffs office to even get somebody to look at an animal that’s being abused !!! Just remember when you fight the good fight that is only the devil will come for you the hardest !! Y’all are doing Gods work I don’t care what anyone says. Being a voice for the VOICELESS matter!!

The look on his face when your lawyer started talking was priceless! He wasn’t expecting that. Shame on them for their bullying tactics which were on full display for all the world to see. To interrupt a surgery in progress is an egregious and aggressive tactic that was totally uncalled for. I’m so proud of your maturity in dealing with these people who are negatively targeting Horse Plus. You have bent over backwards to meet all the demands placed on you and I’m proud of you for standing up to them. It’s obviously not easy dealing with the good ole boy network but the law is on your side-or at least it should be! I will be donating to your fine establishment & praying for an end to the harassment!

Appalling behaviour by those officers. It’s called relational corruption. People with small town relationships exercising power to protect friends and family. Good to have legal representation and start lodging complaints at higher levels.

All of this behavior is just adding evidence to the discrimination lawsuit that is sure to come. I hope you sue the sh** out of them.

It seems that the criminality in our government has touched the highest positions to the lowest of the low positions! What horrible person could be against saving animals from suffering??? Never in my 76 years did I ever think this country would be in such a complete mess! Why is anyone in agriculture against saving animals from suffering and abuse??? How disgusting! I think Horse Plus workers are amazing helping these poor creatures even while being harassed and intimidated by disgusting people! Bravo for doing all you do to stop these poor horses suffering!❤️👍

Posting videos of these folks’ behavior brings everything out into the sunshine, and takes away the hiding places of those who are doing things they want to deny having done. The truth can set horses free, too!

The good ole boys club, all the way up to the state representative. How sad there is such corruption involved along the chain of command. I bet there's a whole lot of shady dealings at this auction which is why they are harassing Horse Plus. The state agriculture officer is being unreasonable! Using having a Coiggns tests as an excuse when the auction itself sold you horses in the past that didn’t have proper Coggins tests for those horses. I think what’s going on is the buyout program is taking money from the auctions commissions also the kill buyers and horse traders. Keep up the good work, they’re just trying to wear you down; this is a contest of the wills! Stand firm! I have no doubt HPHS will prevail.

Tawney & Jason carry themselves with grace and dignity. Those badge carriers are getting kickbacks from someone! Why are they SO devoted to being a thorn in HPHS side. What are they hiding from the public, with public funds?🤔😳

There needs to be a lawsuit against the AG. These guys are out of control, and this good old boys mentality that makes them think they can break the law for no reason is ridiculous. It needs to stop. They need to fire whoever is doing this mess.

ive had cops put in there report that i was uncooperative because i invoked my right to have a lawyer present during questioning. ALWAYS have yer lawyer either on the phone or in person during questioning PERIOD

Breaking into a surgery going on is so low! Sick thing is, they should have been more concerned with a fake surgery done long before that at the auction house! I'd hold them to the 24hrs!
