Welcome back to my channel and if you're new, welcome forward to my channel!

My idea of Stim Classes (or we could call it a group) is of course that it would be completely voluntary. In this eepisode, it is just the basis of an idea that could potentially grow and develop into something greater.

Whilst I identify as Neurodifferent, I'm only one person. These are my own personal feelings and thoughts and I acknowledge that not everyone will think the same as one another.

I encourage and support the Neurodiverse community to share their own experiences so we can continue support one another to help shape our planet into one that is more accommodating and accepting.

I only encourage safe stimming.

It is your responsibility to check in with an Occupational Therapist, appropriate doctor or therapist before stimming, (whoever is most adequately qualified) to ensure that your chosen stim is safe and appropriate. In addition please check with your doctor before commencing any new treatments or classes or groups.

----------Who am I?

I’m an Autistic ADHDer and a big part of what I do is share my neurodivergent experiences in hopes that my friends around the world can relate!

I stand for encouraging and promoting opportunities for more conversation about individual neurodivergent experiences.

Nobody should ever be without support or be invalidated for simply existing or asking for support. Navigating a world that was not designed for our brains is a challenge, so why should we have to go it alone?
