  • Love It! Some workouts say they're for beginners and quickly become too intense for a true beginner. This workout was enough to get your heart rate up and begin to sweat without being overwhelming. I feel great after completing day 1. I plan on starting my day with this workout every morning.

    So glad I found this video. I tried so many other dance workout videos but they were all too high tempo for me and moved on way too quick (I'm so un-coordinated and lack rhythm!) but this feels doable for me while still getting good exercise. Thank you.
