My family bloodline is Piscataway native and returning to my indigenous ancestral practices has been extremely hard. I feel like I’m putting together a puzzle with no reference photo. I’m extremely grateful for all the little pieces, such as this, that help me paint a general picture.
  • White Buffalo Calf Woman is here. Once again I bring the Pipe and Once Again no one Sees or Hears me!!?? Elder Pipe Keeper I have a Bronco that needs Busting. It stands on the property of the building of 33 TeePees in Denver City!! We do the Ghost Dance Again ❤❤❤❤
  • This is such a beautiful meditation. Thank you. I live in Maine and I did not realize White Buffalo Woman was from the north east of the USA. I always imagined her out west. Now I feel her presence here with me and I know she is one of my sacred ancestors and guides. Thank you.

Great storytelling. The images are so beautiful. Well done!
  • This was such a beautiful story/memory of a sacred gift to all of humanity. I feel and resonate deeply with the indigenous tribes and their spiritual belief systems.I often think how wise the creator is in conveying these truths to us all but also I feel a deep sense of gratitude to the Elders of all of these tribes for preserving and sharing this wisdom. With us❤
  • Indigenous people of Europe, and Slavic nations prior to the spread of Abrahamic religions they lived no different from the native Americans as far as living in perfect harmony and balance with your local environment and ecosystem, following nature based native spiritual heritage that is unique to your own tribal folk traditions. Respecting mother Earth, viewing organic nature, and life as sacred and divine. All indigenous people lived this way prior to Abrahamism. My ancestors are Slavic on my mother side and Armenian on my father’s side. I was born and raised in Russia, but for the past few decades I’ve lived in USA. If you are of a European origins, please don’t make mistake by thinking that you don’t have the same type of heritage and rich folklore as the Native Americans do. I urge people to explore their ethnic pre-Christian roots, learn about your ancestors that were before Christianity took over, and you will be surprised to find a very rich heritage and tribal ethnic folklore and native spiritual heritage that is unique to your own tribe. Today we collectively call it paganism, but that’s a blanket statement. By exploring your ethnic groups, you will learn all of the same folk stories, you will discover folk art, folk songs and dances, folk traditions, celebrations, food, and their own tribal worldview that was very similar and in some cases identical to Native Americans, and to basically all pre-Christian indigenous peoples around the world.
  • Love learning about Native American religions, they're so fascinating and a nice change of pace from the wackiness of Greek mythology. I got a few on my to do list down the line
  • @deeelle697
Please continue to tell and recall your stories. This is so beautiful.
  • A beautiful legend from a beautiful people🌅🌏❤️

Wah! Lovely story. Thanks for sharing! It is especially potent currently since I just read a report of a possible white buffalo calf having been seen recently. Can’t. Remember where though. But I feel it is right on time- coinciding with thee possibility of nuclear war now closer than ever. But the emergence of the white buffalo calf reminds us that as the entire world may be going completely insane, we do not have to go with it! Each of us can at any time, choose to widen the scope of our prayers and our heart to include our entire Human family, as the Native Americans always have and live our life with more thankfulness for everything we have been and continue to be given and to learn to be grateful for those things and no longer continue to be so needful and forever unfulfilled in life. I hope peace and joy and love for all life, find their way into everyone’s reality, during this time of “choosing”… ❤

There are 2 Pipes . the Sacred Pipe, the Canupa brought by White Buffalo Calf Woman, . and the Peace Pipe during war times
  • A white buffalo was just born in Yellowstone. God be praised.

I seen a psychic a little while ago now and while I was in the reading she told me that a being had come through that was higher up in the spirit realm, she called her White Buffalo Woman and said that she was here to bring peace to my life. I’m happy I finally found her story. I feel so grateful she was in my presence. :)
  • It is one thing to have these things in our culture and tradition but quite another to understand the seasons, the land, the waters, the trees as a gift from Great Spirit . We in the west are constantly losing our way and the results tell us this. The Native American peoples are teachers of truths of nature and the self . These are Holy Truths that only the wise can listen to and implement
