Guy tried to take off while I was Landing (Cessna 172 private Pilot)

literally had this 3 approaches in a row. I fly out of a super busy non towered airport with tons of flight training. All three approaches in a row were go arounds as people were pulling onto the runway as I was on short final. I'd go around and then another would pull out on short final. Called for a radio check and all good. One was a twin so not a new pilot. Where I am at in Bend, OR, it is super crazy and in desperate need of a tower. I have had at least a half dozen similar episodes in the past couple of years flying out of Bend. I know pilots that have sold their planes and given up flying instead of continue flying in the Bend airspace.

I've been the guy on the runway before as a student pilot solo. Clogged up day in the pattern and trying not to make the people behind me too anxious. Finally lined up behind a guy who called he was doing a touch and go. Evidently he was a tailwheel and was actually doing a stop and go. I was just creeping down the runway, willing him to get off, but by the time he did the traffic behind me had already had to go around. Nothing particularly dangerous about it, but felt bad for my entire flight.

Has anyone talked about the greaser landings yet? Because I'm ready to talk about it. Great job and good decision making.
