My healthy 36 year old husband was killed by hospital protocol and left me with three little kids, 3, 7, and 11. Once I found this song, it has become my anthem. I listen to it daily, all the time. It keeps me going and gives me the reminder I need. The Holy Spirit is ALL OVER this song. 💖🙌💖

As a gay man of 68, my life has been more like "trading innocence for company as Sir Cliff put it”, I never did have a love that one could light a candle to. By my late 30s it was to late, as for the past 30 odd years I have been severely disable with many issues that just deteriorated more and more as time slipped away, now I spend my life alone, living in a wheelchair, determined to keep my independence to the last. The last couple of years have been a bit bad – major heart attack needing stents, followed by a diagnosis of emphysema and COPD and then for Christmas 2022 I was diagnosed with inoperable cancer. Calum is one beautiful human, with an angelic voice and a message of hope and he has healed my soul! I am on the end of the runway now, engines are running and I am ready to RISE, you have taken my fear away. Keep going strong matey.

This guy should be an even bigger superstar. Incredible range, unique voice, great diversity in his songs and vocal abilities. Every song is different and brilliant.

As someone living with chronic illness, fighting pain, symptoms and depression daily, this is the first song I listen to every day as a reminder that it is a gift to even wake up every day.

This beautiful song came out just after we buried my sons' dad. It means the world to us. My youngest son came out to his dad just before he passed away, so all your music has meaning to us. Thank you Calum 💙🙏

Now look now, I'm crying. I'm a teacher. The year after the worst of Covid in South Africa, was tough. When the lyric video of this came out in October 2021 my Grade 3's used to sing it every morning. I still know all the words, but somehow I've never seen the music video. Goosebumps all the way. The part where the mom disappears into the air just hits different. It scratches open my heart and makes it bleed; and suddenly I'm remembering every little child who lost their mom, dad, a grandparent... And every parent who lost their child.
