About The Boys: THE BOYS is an irreverent take on what happens when superheroes, who are as popular as celebrities, as influential as politicians and as revered as Gods, abuse their superpowers rather than use them for good. It's the powerless against the super powerful as The Boys embark on a heroic quest to expose the truth about “The Seven,” and their formidable Vought backing.

homelander when literally anything doesn’t go his way: 🔴👄🔴
  • @Firepizza-X
Homelander’s “rage” is equivalent to a child throwing a tantrum
  • @neubianx
Every time that Homelander sends a chill through your body, thank the phenomenal acting of Antony Starr.
  • @Edwin_Gan
The two "C" in "Homelander" stands for "chill" and "calm"

Has he got an award for playing homelander??? I seriously cannot think of the last time a character has made me tense up whenever they were on screen. His presence is terrifying and he’s one of the few villains that are very unpredictable you never know what he is going to say or do all thanks to master class acting

1:51 I like how there was a guy walking on the right but then realized he was heading towards homelander and then decided ¨nah¨ and went in the oposite direction
  • @nilocblue
He needs to win an Emmy. One of the best villains on screen in a long while.

Can nobody be more perfect than Anthony Starr as Homelander.

0:54 Homelander saying “excuse me” to Billy given the situation is fucking hilarious

The look he gives Ashley at 7:09 after she questions him. He didn’t say a word yet spoke so loudly. Anthony Starr is such a phenomenal actor, he plays this role perfectly

1:45 he’s so intimidating they forgot to censor this F bomb 💀
  • @briang.2218
it's really interesting how he seems to change over the course of the show; season 1, he seemed dangerous in a nearly composed way with an underlying barely restrained danger but a capacity to remain calculating when needed. And he's since just continuously gone increasingly off the rails -- by the time we hit season 3, he's got that wild-eyed insanity way more often.

always loved the parallel between superman and homelander, one being raised with love and care and the other in a lab. i want to see how he grew up from the child vogelbaum said he was into the villain he is today!
  • @mohitsawant956
What’s crazy is how Anthony played Homelander so well is that every scene he is in … I’ll be concerned for the other people in the scene and no villain has ever made me as uncomfortable as Homelander did Antony Starr is an incredible actor
  • Antony Starr truly is the best role for this character & makes you feel uneasy & potrays a traumatized person who has powers! Amazing show so far
  • @lonewolf4
Antony Starr is a remarkable actor. What a performance he has given as Homelander in The Boys. Instant fan.
  • @dragonmaster909
Antony Starr's expressions are perfect for Homelander Edit: spelling
