I live around the corner from Lips Cafe (Flatbush, Brooklyn) and I have tried Ms. Donna's Saltfish Wraps! I can personally tell you - this woman KNOWS saltfish! I never heard of anyone preparing saltfish the way she did and let me tell you - it was unbelievable!! Honestly, if you're in Brooklyn, go try one for yourself!

My partner and I met at Donna's cafe (Lips!) in Brooklyn the week before we went into shutdown for Covid. 3 years later and my partner and I are still rocking out! I actually eat from LIPS Cafe, and the salt fish bake is my favorite. It’s very salty, so I’m not sure what blue shirt was talking about. The salt fish is really good in my opinion. It’s really cool to see the owner here.
