Nice apartment. His loft is at least a little larger than most. He has laid out everything so efficiently. The window makes the apartment livable but the little kitty sitting on the window ledge gives me anxiety.

Oh, I'm worried about Mandy. My Sister's cat used to hang out on the window ledge, 7th floor, and there was a screen. I was visiting one day and when I was in the living room, I heard an ungodly scream coming from the bedroom. Frisky the cat fell out of the window and tumbled down 7 stories. If it weren't for some bushes and trees, she wouldn't have survived. My Sister and her bf rushed Frisky to the vets and she didn't have any injuries. But...she changed from a loving cat to one that hated people. I suspect she sustained some type of brain injury because of the personality change. She had to be out in the bedroom if company came over because she'd tear them to shreds, and bite too. I've got so much anxiety from watching this. To move on, congrats on 1M subs! It would be a perfect apartment but for the bathroom, which I'm assuming is shared. I'd rather live in a tiny apartment in Tokyo with my own bathroom; I've been on the hunt for one sometime in the future. 🤞 I still 🧡 NYC. I haven't been there in years and I'm hoping my car holds out for another year or two because I need a roadtrip badly.

This is a small apartment I actually like. Actual kitchen sink and burners in the kitchenette!

I love seeing the many different ways people are making a home for themselves. I think it is too easy to buy into the norm, whatever that is at the time, but to strike out and do something different is so cool. I bought an 1800 Sq ft, 100 yr old house for under $40 k in a really small town and am really enjoying my weird choice. Fun video, great job guys!
