This list actually helps newbies like me know what's out there. I'm going with the typewriter.

"The shipping is 30 dollars." Me, who lives in Russia and my GMMK Pro shipping costed $51: Amateur

Fun fact: I have a redragon from a friend who got it second hand from his friend that bought it. I legit daily drive a third hand keyboard. He replaced it with a razer keyboard (kinda expected). I did some mods and bought better switches (linear), and it doesn’t sound half bad. Only thing I need are better stabs and lube.

Absolutely hilarious Imagine a KBDfans in stock

I am not letting any of the people in my basement out until I see a part 3! Great Work.

0:50 "You bought a bootleg razer keyboard, and can't even deny it" I didn't buy it myself, but true.

Id love to see what you have to say to us mxkeys users. I used to make fun of people who try to max out everything on their home productivity setup. And then, I realized that I was excited to start assembling my standing desk. I became the very thing I made fun of. And I don't regret it. Join the flat side.

Everybody with the Rk series be like: "Ye"

You should have added the ltc nimbleback and have it say something like “your decision for a budget custom keyboard was a good decision” and side note I love this series you made
  • red dragon is also like a starting keyboard for getting into mechanical keyboards
  • @merimackara
actually, I LOVE my laptop keyboard and other flat keyboards bc you can slide your finger to other key while still holding the previous key down
  • @FitLabb
Absolutely hilarious, especially the end! Haha!

There is only 1 keyboard that I’ll ever use and that is the Microsoft Natural 4000. I buy pretty much every one I see at thrift stores. The keys just melt in your fingers like butter and all of the extra buttons are great for macros

Ah yes, the perfect '2 AM recommendations browsing' experience.
  • Oh man, you made me laugh like crazy in my room. I saw your video after the order for my GMMK pro when I could not wait for the shipping time and fee. Thanks for this funny video, man. kkkkkk

I've just gotten done modding the hell out of my red dragon k552 -3 layers of tape -quarter inch of memory foam -akko CS greens lubed with engine greece (actually sounds good) -stock stabs with enough lube to cover another 4 boards (no joke) and some tape to stop them from rattling around -erased logo Overall the board actually sounds kinda thocky

Razer Orbweaver - is what I use for gaming and video editing. Soldered on some lubed Cherry MX Speed Silver switches in favour of the stock Razer Green switches The D-pad also allows me to use my thumb for more than just ALT and Space. Corsair K70 MK.2 SE - is for everything else. Working with numbers a lot, and playing simulator games, having a full-sized keyboard is a must. Media keys is also something I use a lot. As far as modifications go, I've swapped out all the keycaps, spray painted the bottom half, added foam for noise reduction, and made the cable detachable by cutting the fixed one and soldering it on to a USB-C breakout board.
