Kenny I have a suggestion. It's simple. Give Mitchell Robinson a 99 shot tendency and touches and see what kind of player he becomes. (He has the highest field goal percentage out of everyone in the NBA)

Yo Kenny - it is possible... What you have to do, is to gut good teams... constructing a good team is cool, but if there are 5 good teams besides yours, you will 100% lose. After building a good team, you need to gut every team by signing free agents, trading them for 1sts, and trading the 1st to gut the good teams. If you'll take a look at OKC/Cleveland you'll see that they are decent teams - obviously worse than your constructed one, but in 2-3 games they might win one. You can put the decent guys from other good teams out of the rotation, but you have to ruin the other good teams, because just constructing from the draft and trading the best guys you can trade for is not enough.
