Actually it depends on "location location location". If the battle were to take place on land, especially in a forest, no doubt the PH Eagle would win. But if the fight takes place over a large body of water, odds are either the Bald Eagle will emerge the victor.. or... it's a draw. Let me explain. While the PH Eagle is indeed the more powerful raptor, it also has its share of weaknesses. Being a sea eagle, the Bald Eagle knows how to float & use its wings to row over water. The PH Eagle doesn't know how to float & row over water since it is so used to forest life. So if, while fighting in mid-air over a large body of water(sea or lake), the 2 birds plunged down, that's the end of the fight. PH Eagle would find itself in trouble(especially if the water is deep) while the Bald Eagle will just simply row back to shore. This can be chalked up as a win for the Bald Eagle. But if the Bald Eagle was seriously wounded by the PH Eagle(during their aerial fight) that it cannot row itself to safety... then it's a DRAW. Both birds die from drowning.

Just an advice tho, don't commentate while reacting to the video especially when the video you're reacting to has dialogues in it. It just makes it more noisy
