This is a great talk. I am glad she brought in scientific evidence, because visualisation, if taken seriously and with common sense, really works.
  • I loved this talk and from my experience I can say i does works, just 3 years ago I was a simple Mother without Dreams or goals, I couldn't get over my divorce and with two children on my responsabilities. Fortunatly one day I found a book about this topic and I got obsessed, now I can say that I'm learning a New lenguage (english), I have a good job and I love my life. I just want to say, all is possible just depend of us, we need to put all our focus and intention, now I'm visualizing me studying in a forenge University :) Pls, follow your Dreams, you have value, you are worth you are the own of your life! I send you a lot of love.

I actually get goosebumbs when imagining my family celebrating my success 🙏
  • 2 years before I gave birth to my daughter, I had visualisation of a cute and beautiful little girl sleeping in my arm, I had her face in my mind, before I formally met her in this world. About 2 years later, my daughter was born, and how it surprised me that when she sleeps, her little face looks exactly like what I was visualising 2 years ago. I didn’t visualise with too much effort, it was just an image that made me so happy. I guess this is how visualisation works. Like this lady said, desire, emotion, and acceptance together. Then when the effort comes in, it will work for us :) ❤

I loved this Talk. There is a reason why human beings are the only creatures who were given the power of speech and imagination. Visualization is a God given gift.

What a young woman👏👏👏!!! I ve always been a negative thinker ( because disappoinments in early life stages) so without knowing what I was choosing, I choose to be prepared for the bad things, and keep the hope as low as possible. That way I killed many good things in life for me. Now I working on to get rid of that mindset, sometimes is easier but there are hard days too to keep upright. Hope many of you are doing right, and hope those who are still struggling to achieve a new way of life keep on the track
