Take a ride in a big truck underground at the Springfield, Missouri Underground warehouses. We rolled along slowly so you have time to look around. We dropped our trailer 27 hours early!

So well laid out with plenty of room for trucks to maneuver. Signs everywhere so you don't get lost. And clean too.

This place would be great in a James Bond movie. Can you imagine the car chases they could have? Thank you for posting.

When exactly was this enormous underground warehouses carved out? Maybe that's what people have been hearing the last few years - surely the noise carried for miles and miles while they dug down there.

Thanks, Steve! Myself & 2 other school bus drivers from the Kennett Public Schools in Kennett MO got to the caves around 1988. We went to pick up a school busload of frozen food for the school to serve kids their summer school lunches that year. It was 100 degrees outside that day. It was so cold inside that we had to leave the bus inside while they loaded it for us. We didn't have coats or anything with us! It was a very interesting time visiting there!

Wow Thank you Steve! That was one cave I wouldn't be claustrophobic in.
  • Very excellent video. That underground parking system would be perfect for keeping cars and trucks out of the rain and snow.
