I think I vaguely remember the cheesecake mix in a box but then you cane get just about everything prepared in a box these days too. Hi Vanessa, thoroughly enjoyed this video, yes i do remember the packets of mixes from years ago , so you've inspired me yet again (yay) unfortunately they don't stock a lot of things in our tescos so i ordered some online , so now im eagerly waiting for them to arrive. I do enjoy all your videos so whatever days or projects you decide to do i will look forward to watching. I also enjoy seeing the lovely crockery you use, you have such lovely pieces,
my mother used to say that it does'nt make the food taste any better but i think if you present it well it adds to the experience, ha ha well that's my excuse for collecting random dishes from charity shops !!!!! Thanks Vanessa.

Hi Vanessa, ive been a vegeterian for around 35 years or so now (ha ha giving away my age) i found fish the hardest thing to give up, but i did it for compasionate reasons and fish have a face too so i resisted !!!! i must admit it was really difficult at first but i plodded on and i think you will agree sometimes it gets a bit awkward when the rest of the family are meat eaters, but in my book animals are our friends and i would'nt eat my friends ha ha so there we are, back in the day i was only able to find the likes of sausage mix or burger mix or nut roast which i still love but the others always turned out like cardboard ha ha i was obviously doing something wrong. I am trying to include more plant based things i,e, like milk and yogurt and such, because i think i owe it to the cows and the planet, but i have found your recepies and your calming way of living an absolute boost, plus the fact that i have a sweet tooth makes your blog so lovely. Keep up the good work Vanessa , you are very much appreciated.
