Cours Saleya Marche hosts four different markets. The most well known is the Flower Market (Marche aux Fleurs), but the largest part of the market is the fruits and vegetables market.
At the beginning of the market you will notice a socca seller called Chez Theresa. A presence in the market since the 1920s, Chez Theresa sells socca, the chickpea flatbread which is a Nicois specialty. It's cooked a few streets away and arrives every 5 minutes or so in its own special little cart .
On Mondays, the Cours Saleya market transforms into an antiques/flea market (marche a la brocante).
