I’m sure someone’s already said this but imma say it too. Fatal has a copy & paste ability (that surprisingly was shown in Underverse). He never actually takes anyone out of their timeline, he copies their code and “pastes” it. Effectively making a double of that exact sans of which he proceeds to murder

As someone who was 8-9 at the height of Undertale’s popularity and have followed pretty much everything closely regarding it since, I can safely say I know way too much about fanmade AUs. I used to spend pretty much entire days just watching comic fandubs, watching animations, and playing bad roblox undertale RPG games.

Minor detail that you've missed - Nightmare tends to have henchmen he can call upon, the most common one being Killer Sans. That's why in underverse Killer is always with him and following commands from nightmare. It's also why Killer 'seems' to just randomly appear out of nowhere. If you know the henchman stuff then Killer's appearance was expected. the other two most popular henchmen who may or may not appear in Underverse are: Horrortale Sans and Dustale Sans. These four characters (Nightmare, Killer, Horror and Dust) are usualy the 'bad guys' in quite a lot of multiverse stories. I also love reading the 'Nightmare and his henchmen' crack stuff as they are hilarious, they give major mha league of villains vibes. I especially love the 'Nightmare as the mom of the group' stuff

So there's a new episode of Underverse now and it actually had a few tiny pieces of lore. One is that apparently only versions of Sans who have experienced and remember a genocide run are able to see what happened to alternate timeline versions of themselves? I don't know why that's a necessary plot point but hey it's a thing. The other one is that Ink is apparently not able to feel physical pain I think. Also you know when I said that the idea of multiple multiverses won't come up again? Yeah I was wrong.

Crayon Queen the GOAT making three incredibly popular Sans-es they’re all so creative and cool And I’m still so amazed by the fandom and just how all these people were able to create a coherent multiverse canon like the outcode characters in particular being referenced in other works outside their own so recognizable and with such strong personalities like that’s just normal It’s super beautiful like once you create your own alternate universe you’re instantly included in this greater story that involves your characters and you as a creator like I don’t think any other fandom could do it like undertale

As someone who was part of this fandom from the very beginning, it is amazing to see how many people took the AUs and ran with it. To this very day AUs are being made of Undertale. I would like to think that I am very well traversed in the fandom, and I still haven't seen everything! Fatal was something I had never seen before Underverse! I guess I'm just happy to see that there are still other AUs out there to explore and discover.

God, outcode characters are fun. I actually made one myself! Kinda... it's a bit more funky than just that, but yeah, that is very much a thing I did. Also (and I'm also going off of personal assumptions here just like you), Killer technically still belongs to the "Something New" timeline, so he isn't quite an outcode character, just one that happens to eff around and find out a lot all over the multiverse. Technically, any character from any AU or AT can become a multiversal traveler if given the proper push (read: if someone from another world or an outcode character pulls them out of their native world), Underverse season 1 was basically all about that with the different Sanses teaming up. To be an outcode, you have to not exactly belong to any timeline or universe that exists in the Undertale multiverse. This part is why my personal possible outcode is so complicated to talk about, but feel free to ask if you're curious.

You are the first person I have ever seen correctly summarize Dreamtale's lore with almost no mistakes. Congratulations That being said, don't trust your comments about said Dreamtale lore though, I already saw someone tell you something incorrect LOL

Bro I almost never watch videos like this and find everything to be correct. I'm one of those people who walked into Underverse already knowing everything and more so I don't have the perspective of the people who were confused so this video may not have been for me but I absolutely enjoyed it nonetheless. You explained everything fantastic! Honestly the only thing I can really think of not being mentioned is some of the stuff with Epic and Cross, especially their AUs interacting. Though it's small and just funny side stuff, 0.6 sort of implied some of it may have actually happened? But really that's just such a minor thing, I just love this so much adfgsfdghsfg Oh! A fun fact as well, Fatal_Error's comic started long before people knew Error was Geno, which made more sense at the time. Error being Geno certainly complicated a lot of stories, though it's impossible to be an UTMV fan without loving some complexity lmao
