I love how they just mix speaking English and Korean so seamlessly Josh seems to take on a different accent when speaking English with Gabby, not like his normal British accent when he’s speaking to Ollie

Josh is a lucky man. I wish I had a partner who could cook even simple meals. That said he is not only grateful, but he acknowledges the labour and care put into her meals.

커피조차도 그 날의 온도, 습도 등등 모든 것에 의해 맛이 달라지는데, 하물며 복합체인 요리는 더더욱 당연한 일이라서 어쩔 수 없는 부분이라고 생각해요. 가비님이 낼 책은 그 복합적인 요소가 모인 요리의 기본 틀을 제공하는 것일 뿐이지, 나머지는 만드는 사람의 역량과 약간의 운?에 달린게 아닐까요ㅎㅎ 너무 걱정하진 마시구, 가비님의 책이 나오는 날만 손꼽아 기다리고 있습니다 :)
