I can't fathom it's been 40 years ago this was a mega hit. All stereos, boomboxes, radio stations all over USA was blasting this song 24/7 365 in 1983. 40 years ago this country was still great. Different people, different era, different time, different styles, different values, different music, different country, a fantasy to think it was all real once upon a time in USA. A time never to return again. Glad I lived it.
