Literally this team comp was "Look over here." Hog and Bastion were the distraction, because if you took your eyes off them you got mowed down. That let Moira and Tracer constantly take either flank. Lucio stuck with the distractions to get them around them map faster.

I think one tricking in overwatch is gigabased, out skilling the counter is 10x more satisfying than switching off.
