That's a positive message... Most of the time, I hear a different message putting emphasis on time. Don't waste time... time heals all wounds... But that's viewing time as a solution to the problem of how we live our lives in the moment. These lyrics kind of present a view setting all of that on its head. The future matters, yes, but what you do in the present is how you get there. Time may lessen certain aches but that doesn't stop you from living the way you want to live now. Past regrets, daydreaming of what could be at the expense of the moment... you could lose your entire life being lost in those things. Then there's the other part of the message. If time is irrelevant, then it doesn't matter how long it takes you to get to where you want to be as long as you are making steps /today/ to get there. Not tomorrow. Not waiting until it feels possible again like it did yesterday. Some small step today. At least that's how I interpret it. Thanks for sharing another great song, Arctic!
