Some thoughts:
- Keep Talking and Nobody Explodes might also work for these criteria.
- Games with bad downtime issues (like Super Mario Party) are great when you have friends over and also happen to have, like, a pizza on the table, so you can snack until your turn comes up.
- Heave Ho and Unrailed are two of my favourite party games that not enough people talk about. I just wanted to say that out loud.

I really like speedrunners but it has the same problem smash does to where when one person gets "too good" the other players aren't really allow to play the game. But when they are allowed, this game is such a blast

That last section about Jackbox hit really weird... He disapproved of Party Packs 8 & 9 and the Quiplash series, but worded it like they were fandom-wide opinions. Jay is the first human I've heard say they dislike Quiplash.

Tried to play with my sister and my parents and they struggled just to run and jump at the same time.
My brother and I either had to sandbag which woukd be obvious and make the others feel bad, only be competitive with each other, or dominate completely. Was not fun.

Counter point: the Cards Against Humanity issue. Most Jackbox games require you to perform and then be judged, which adds a lot of pressure and can alienate people. With close friends, it's not that big of an issue, but if you have a few (or even one!) Person who's weirder/edgier than everyone else, the whole party's vibe is off.

A few nights ago I was invited to come play JackBox with a few people on my college campus. It was the most fun I’ve had playing a game ever. Tee K.O was my favorite. All the insane drawings and quote combos really had me crying laughing

The Ds was suprisingly good for multiplayer. All you needed was one game cartridge and DS downplay.

This is kind of why the nintendo DS was the golden age for party games. That download play option so many games had was amazing. Ofc you need to be local, but the amount of hours I played mario kart, mario bros and mario 64 multiplayer with my brother and sister is crazy
