The third guy should not be sentenced to 90 days for swearing at the judge and 5 days for domestic violence. They should be reversed (90 for violence and 5 for swearing). This is embarrassing for the justice system.

The first guy keeps repeating I'll get out while saying he doesn't care where she lives. A threat for sure, glad the prosecutors are charging him. Second, why the heck is a defendant close enough to spit on a judge to begin with?? That's really bad judgement on someone's part, move that podium back!
