"The banality of evil" is a famous quote from hannah Arendt. She was a reporter covering the Nürenberger trials. She said she expected to see monsters, but only found normal people responsable for unimagenable crimes

"Indiana Jones and the Killers of the Flower Moon" would be the title of a crazy good movie lmao

I was one of the costume department on Killers of the Flower Moon, we spent roughly 9 months in Oklahoma helping to make the film and I cait wait to see it. It was truly a onece in a career kind of project and the Osage were involved every step of the way. An honor to be a small part of it.

“Make sure all consent is enthusiastic” is a fantastic sentence and you’re great for saying it. I will use this in the future if ever needed…hope I never have to utter it though.

So happy to hear that Asteroid City delivered. Moonrise Kingdom is a favorite of mine. I miss that quirky, nostalgic vibe with sharp writing and deadpan comedy.

The banality of evil is a book by philosopher Hannah Arendt on the Eichmann trials btw so it seems like that movie is leaning into that thesis!

Jason Schwartzman is always stellar in Anderson’s movies - Rushmore is my favorite and he (and Bill Murray) are who got me into Wes Anderson as a whole. I can’t wait to see Asteroid City ☄️
