As one who was within a few degrees of separation from Eddie, I want to give kudos to the authors for such a warm and substantial offering. Work of this accuracy and quality is rare. Quit your day jobs.
  • Yes as you stated Eddie is and will always be THE GREATEST FALSETTO VOICE EVER!

When he sings lead on "Just My Imagination." Sends chills up my spine because it was late loving Uncle's favorite song. RIP ❤
  • Rest in peace Eddie James Kendricks. You were always my favorite Temptation. You left us way to soon. Thank you for all of the great music you left us. I still listen to the Classic Temptations. You were one of the greatest. ❤

Eddie Kendricks' falsetto helped give the Temptations that unique sound. My favorite Temptation too

I think most people love Eddie, but I think singers appreciate him a little differently. His voice was a miracle. It's almost impossible to falsetto those kinds of notes and get the vocal tone and clarity he had. I've yet to see anyone come close. Fantastic video.

I love the original 5 Temptations. They have so many songs that were hits and not that I still come back to every year. They sing with soul, its rare to find these days.
  • Was such an attractive and talented man. So sorry he ended up so badly; I can hear his voice singing "You're My Everything" and "Keep On Truckin'" as I'm typing this!👍

I've loved him from childhood! I can't believe I'm learning this much about him on the anniversary of his passing at 3:30 a.m. Shoeshine Boy was one of my favorite songs by him. R.I.H. Eddie Kendricks.
