This 24 hour challenge was a super interesting way to discover $1 foods like hot dogs, sushi, and fried chicken, but also to discover different vending machine businesses, fast food and overall the Japanese street food culture. Wow that restaurant with the one piece of sushi, man were they on top of good service or What? He ran out to pull out his chair, hot towel, and served up that one piece of beautiful sushi with pride not caring he only spent $1. Loved that, I want to go to Japan so bad!!!
