My Spirit Guides and I hang out all the time now, and I've become aware of how much they guide and help behind the scenes, as well as giving me direct messages ~ no it's not just my brain generating information from nowhere, it's my guides telling me things I never knew! And they are so supportive, and it's a wonderful relationship to have. So, if you want to cultivate your relationship with your own team I would encourage it!
