No, but I really love NamJin's dynamic when it comes to handling any serious matter. Namjoon concentrates on making sure no one screws up while Jin knows exactly what to say that Namjoon doesn't even have to be worried about him.

being a Leader is not so easy,but Namjoon always makes sure that he's doing his best .

The thing is he is a calm leader and is usually laid back
But he sure knows when to get serious and when to joke.
He is calm, collected, sometimes a crackhead, have a LOT of patience, and gives all members a chance, doesn't see himself as more important and never abuses his leader "power".
That's what makes him ONE of the best leaders on k-pop or even in the whole music industry. -
How can anyone with a brain not adore RM? He has such an amazing balance of kind, smart, responsible, encouraging, caring, talent, and responsibility that I have ever seen in a human being. He has so much resting on his shoulder and has done an amazing job as "leader" I cannot get over how amazing he is. JK is right to fanboy over the great Namjoon-ah. I just love and admire him greatly. Suga is equally leadership except he is more introverted than RM. I love both tremendously!

I watched the Grammys with my dad, even he complimented how nice Joon was, when he let the other members talk. He thought as the leader he wouldn’t let the other members speak even if they can’t fully speak English, that’s how nice he is 💜💜
