  • Ah yes this love hate relationship was done in the time before Scott enjoyed the hell out of Fire Emblem Engage.
  • @aoBubs
Dunkey suddenly appearing was such a great surprise
  • As an rpg guy, this video ruled! I get that it can be hard to enjoy RPGs, especially with the wrong gaming background or mindset. But hey, Scott did his best to sing the praises of RPGs- and came out with a conclusion of still giving them a shot despite not loving them

They're good stoner games. Just sitting back, immersed in the world, watching your favorite characters get stronger as you guide the setting and plot, jamming out to a killer soundtrack, unconcerned with reflex; it's a good way to spend a smokey Sunday afternoon.

Ah yes! The time Scott wasn't an RPG guy till he played Dragon Quest 11. Good times.
  • It’s kinda fascinating watching someone breakdown a genre you love but he hates because i’ve grown accustomed to so many of these things in the genre
  • @paperluigi6132
Now comes the companion video of a compilation of all the times you at least liked an RPG.
  • @urameshi1962
The pregnancy joke gotta be at least top 10 best Scott jokes of all time.
  • @redmongoose246
Ogre Battle 64: Person of lordly caliber is truly a gem. I'm surprised it isnt on the switch.
  • @gonchaplayz
Dunkey coming in at the end is the funniest thing in the world
  • @crithon
"there's a reason why texted based adventure died out and their technology is used on tinder." LMAO!
  • @Roach_tm
I love RPGs but they're the only game style that eventually make me start falling asleep after a bit of playing.
  • @jakedaccord9571
Can’t believe Scott playing video games is almost old enough to drink
  • @QuillC
Can confirm, I was sitting here thinking "huh, I feel like I recognize those slimes" and I've never even played Dragon Quest - true icons 💧
  • @randyvoid155
I've been out of highschool longer then scott has been alive.
  • @SUPERLINKX2
The way he described how much he liked platformers is like me with Fighters. Both are very simple and easy to pick up but hard to master
  • Lufia 2 had a major impact over here; an absolute classic. Rented it numerous times back in the day. The first one is pretty good too.
