    So true. I was raised Christian and tried my best to follow the rules growing up but out of obligation. But since I became devout it is no longer an obligation but out of a deep desire and willingness to serve and please my King. I want to make Him happy. It used to be because I wanted to avoid Hell but now I don't even consider the next life or my rewards in Heaven. I just want to do His will and show my love for Him and His children. I would be a lowly man on Earth if that is what He asked. I would be a lowly man in Heaven if that is what He asked. If I am doing as my Father wishes then my reward is already given to me.
