Even as her opponent she still loved her and defended her when their mother mocked Miho during the Oarai vs Pravda match and gladly joined her sister in Der Film to face off against the University team. Plus she took on the mantle of being her mother's successor to the Nishizumi family so her sister could be free. Trading her own freedom to live her life how she wanted in order to allow her sister to live hers how she wanted. Miho couldn't ask for a better big sister to watch over her.
