Yeah, I've seen a bunch of different mob battle videos, and parasites ALWAYS win in the end. With their adaptability mechanics, sometimes fights could go wildly differently. For example, if a tank shoots up a parasite with its machinegun first, and then fires its main gun, it's an instant kill. If the tank makes the mistake of firing its main gun first, and then uses the machinegun, it will likely lose. The only consistent performance comes from extremely high fire rate weapons, or extremely high damage weapons. Fire is said to weaken them, but not to any significant degree I can see when it comes to higher tier forms, and it kinda defeats the purpose if they hit you while on fire, because you'll be lit on fire too, then. I really do hate them. It kinda ruins the horror aspect when you get dog piled again and again and again. If you have to install a NUCLEAR WEAPON mod to even have a chance, that's kinda silly. Might as well install the Dragonball Z mod, or something.
