Is anyone considering doing a battery only system without solar to store cheap night electricity and use in the day e.g. with Octopus Go nighttime is 7.5p/kw…. Usually price of the battery made this not worth it ….. but with the fogstar that could now be resolved? Would love to see a battery only install example

Hi mate, just a quick question how come you used the pylon protocol and not the solis one. Can you possibly do a video of the set up as I am in the middle of installing this system myself. 6kw solis hybrid inverter and the fogstar battery, I have a pre order in for the battery. Cheers

How does it connect to your meter to reduce your grid usage does it come with a ct clamp. Please do a video on you system in depth. Thanks for posting

Newbie here, thanks for video! Have been recommended Sunsynk inverter by installer, how would I start to figure out if this battery would work with the inverter? (I know nothing about what protocols mean!)
