This beautiful mantra has brought me comfort through some very anxious and uncertain times. I wasn’t sure how my problems would work out, but somehow they always do if you can make it through one day at a time. Don’t wonder how it will get better. Just assume that it will, and rest your tired soul for a few minutes. Close your eyes and take deep breaths while listening to this. Let the problems and fears be there. Don’t try to figure it all out. You are doing your best. You are doing enough. May happiness and health replace this pain and fear for everyone who is listening to this.
