  • 98/99 Rock swagness was something else, the “do you smell” theme song, the electrifying 500 dollar shirt, the sideburns, the eyebrows, the glasses, the cockiness, deep voice, the sharp head turns, and untouchable on the mic
  • @jpprophete1988
“Oh dear god, you see my name is Billy and I just won king of the ring but there’s one problem, everybody still thinks I absolutely SUCK!!!!” That one still kills me till this day.😂😂😂😂

The Rock's promo work from 1998-2003 is unmatched. Best talker in the history of the business. The only ones that even come close are Ric Flair in the 80s, Steve Austin circa 1996-1997, Macho Man, Roddy Piper, and Dusty Rhodes.

He's a million miles away from anyone else in the industry when it comes to the mic, it's not even a contest. I've lost count over the years how many times The Rock simply had a mic in his hand, and before he even opened his mouth he already had the crowd in the palm of his hand. You can't teach that, it's pure talent.
  • @RedHood02
they completely removed Rock's insults on Stephanie McMahon 😂😂😭
  • @anut8733
That "somebody got a haircut" followed with Big Show's frustrated act never fails to make me laugh lmao In fact, the whole segment itself is just gold
  • @DdizzleDAmaster
"You went on a date with Mark Henry, enough said" 😂😂😂😂
  • @WWEAEWMarvelFan
The Rock owning those wreslers are just pure comedy gold 😂

  • @trustfund82
Side burns Rock was a savage. To this day that Billy Gunn roast still cracks me up
  • @ksbaxter
Back in the Attitude Era, Rock was always my favorite. Love how he always roast stars like Undertaker, Billy Gunn and others lol
  • @alfred8878
that Billy Gunn promo was so savage, it literally killed Billy Gunn's push. will always be one of The Rock's best promos ever.
