I've never eaten such delicious pork dinner! Quick and Easy Pork Loin Recipe

Ingredients and recipe:
Chop 480g pork loin
Add to a bowl
Salt and black pepper
Pour 1tbsp cooking wine on top
Mix well
Crack 1 egg in a bowl
Place the yolk in another bowl
Pour the egg white into the bowl with the chicken
Add 1tbsp corn starch
Add a bit of oil
Mix and set aside for 15-20 minutes
Pour in 2tbsp soy sauce
1tbsp oyster sauce
1/4tsp white sugar
1tbsp water
1/2tbsp corn starch
Mix well
Medium heat
Olive oil
Add the meat to the pan
Fry for 5-8 minutes
Set aside for later
Chop 1/2 purple onion
Add 3 cloves of garlic
Fry for about 2 minutes
Chop 1 green pepper
Chop 1 red pepper
Add the meat to the pan as well
Fry for about 2 minutes
Pour the sauce in the pan
Fry for about 1 minute
Done!
