They should name a rose after Kirsten. Kirsten is England's German rose.😃

There's something so endearing in a man who can appreciate a smell of a rose. And Jörg's face when he sniffed the one called Olivia Rose Austin is just priceless. Kirsten, you are absolutely right: it's impossible to pick one that's more beautiful than the other, because they're all gorgeous. 😊🌹
  • Just half an hour from my home, David Austin Roses is one of my absolute favourite places to visit. You chose a particularly beautiful and scented rose for your garden, and I hope you enjoy it to the max. Thank you, Kirsten and Joerg, for yet another lovely vlog. 🌹

I love the way the two of you make decisions jointly: Joerg: "What you do you like?" Kirsten: "You have to like it too." It seems that making a selection from so many beautiful options would be a bit overwhelming. So excited for you bringing home two Gertrude Jeckyll roses and the beautiful pots. They are going to look stunning.

Gertrude Jekyll is well known to many enthusiastic gardeners and landscape designers alike. She was held in high esteem by the gardening world in the 20th century, when she was acknowledged for her extensive design work, alone and in partnership with Sir Edwin Lutyens, the architect. My wife is a very big fan of hers.
  • How sweet you got a kiss and a rose garden. Such a romantic husband you have. I am 82 and I will never be able to get to that Garden but it is so beautiful I almost lost my mind just seeing it on YouTube. I love roses so much and we have a lot of them around the property of the apartments that I live in. And they are so beautiful. I don't ever want anybody to give me cut roses but I love rose bushes and climbing roses are the very best. I had a climbing rose when I lived in Wisconsin and I had to take very good care of it in the winter time so it didn't freeze but it was beautiful. Thank you so much for taking us with you when you make these beautiful excursions. Blessings and love from New Mexico

What a coincidence! I just bought A Gabriel Oak that I’m in love with. I love the scent! I want to get Bring me Sunshine next. Thank you SO mush for the wonderful tour. From California.
  • What a beautiful way to spend a sunny day ❤❤❤In Hartford, Connecticut in USA we have Elizabeth Park which has a lot of variety of roses as well. It’s the oldest rose garden in the USA. It’s probably young in age compared to these gardens. Father’s Day (3rd Sunday in June) is the best time to visit as the roses are in full bloom with heavenly smells. Thanks for sharing this beautiful place with us. On my bucket list now 😍😘
