In my country, we usually do the bagging, the cashier’s main job is handling the money, they help us along when there are way too many items ,in order to quickly move up the line. Don’t forget to [greet and say thanks] and be polite to your cashier. They are humans too. 😊

yes , food and chemicals shouldnt mix in one bag , and egg shouldnt be at the bottom of the bag , what she says is facts cashier also should know that cus its common sense but the customer also should lend a help since the cashier was alone there since theres too much groceries

Actually, what a horrible Cashier. She should already know How to bag. I was thinking someone died in her family or something. But nah. Just a lousy employee. Probably one of those 'Privileged' pampered ones that doesn't want to be at work. ❤ I know very good Cashiers and they know how to Do their job.

I personally prefer to bag my own items. The cashier's usually end up tossing the items in or put the weaker things at the bottom to get crushed.

I was like that with a couple co workers who kept calling me up 30 other times to get something and when asked if my other tasks were done I'd say no and they get mad at me for non completion and so I have snapped a couple of times and same goes for bagging but the problem is with the customers it my co workers who give me trouble

The cashier looks sad more than upset about the customers requests. A how are you doing today? Would have been a better question than... Do I have to bag these myself? Some people are just so numb. Then again some people treat others the way they are treated. That's not crazy that's a retail sales person meltdown, otherwise the eggs would have been smashed upside her head.
