After two days of 432 Hz therapy my dark mood disappeared... I am calm and cheerful again, something inexplicable happened! in reality I have heard Mozart and Gregorian chants but today I want to try this playlist and while I am listening to it and commenting I await the benefits, which are holy these days, because thinking about it there is nothing beautiful on the horizon... only nanometric plastic which slowly clogs the bodies of living beings! I am a pianist who when 12, had a tuner come to our home to tune a very out of tune piano just purchased. It was a very old upright. As he was tuning (I have prrfect pitch) the frequency/hz hyrt my soul, spirit and ears. When I asked, he said the government made him do it this way, he didnt seem to know why. I learned why in years to come and despise those evil factions of the government meant to create chaotic minds and evil society. Look around us. Is it not true? I So enjoy listening here, this was my original piano playing hz., it soothes my soul. Thank you!! I am 72

As a pianotuner I had to tune at pitch 440 Hz , the pitch is still rising! Now it is at 442 Hz and in Germany at 446 Hz. WHY !! i prefer the lower pitch at 432 Hz, because the lower, the warmer sound. That is what it does for me. The way how you tune is how it is sound. so 440 or 442 or 432 does'nt make any differends for the result of the tuning......

So much better than freaking 440! It did help at first to bring me to a different space & way of thinking. This lower level feels less stressful, less anxious and less of a driving high sound. Being autistic & ADHD, most modern music gives me anxiety. This recommended piece calmed my overwhelmed brain and soothed my nervous system. It’s blissful.
