I'd also like to know more about what he means by spirituality "with or without rigor." I'm guessing he means rigor as in thoroughness, devotion, dedication to religious tradition? Just a guess though. Any thoughts?

At about 30:05 Alex Edelman says something along the lines of, "There's this very Ur (?) energy..." Does anyone know what he says here or what "Ur energy" is? I wish he would have explained a little more about this idea
