I hope people heed the evacuation orders. 20 - 30 inches of rain coming. People can hunker down for initial storm, but the flooding will be inescapable. Be smart. Bravery is staying alive and protecting your family. They can't be replaced. Stuff can. Good Luck.

My daughter lives on the actual beach in Wilmington, NC 100yds from the ocean. She is leaving in the morning to come home to Charlotte. She is upset at what might happen to her beach house. But told her the house and all the 'stuff' in it can be replaced, but she can't. Told her just pack essentials and keepsakes like photos and then gtho!

I am so scared.. some of that hurricane is coming to dominican republic, where my aunts, grandpa, uncles, and cousins live.. please, pray for them. i hope they will be safe. it means alot to pray for my family..Thanks. i hope God will watch over them :(
