You missed out Larry Bird ....... And LeBron is way too high ....... All those years studying the game since the age of 11, were clearly a waste of time.

Kobe had 15 ppg in 2000 because jalen rose intentionally stepped on his ankle in game 3. Kobe played less than 5 mins in that game and had 2 points. Kobe also should’ve won at least 3 mvps but was black listed by the nba media after his rape allegations. I would argue Kobe was the best player in the nba from 2003 til 2010. Not delusional, just facts. You are probably younger than 25 so I will forgive you for your ignorance. Kobe is #2 all time behind only Jordan
  • How tf is Shaq above Duncan or Kobe both have more rings , more all defensive teams , more all nba teams , Kobe has more all time points , Duncan has more mvps

Lost me in the intro when he said unbiased then every person he said in my opinion. If I wasn't washing dishes I would've switched the video off faster than I did

Been a student of the game since mid-sixties, which may be a few more years than you. Watched everybody from Russell on. Comparing different positions is comparing apples and oranges. Different skill set and roles involved. Also, I evaluate based on individual performance, not team performance. Third, I heavily discount awards; since they are voted on and thus heavily subjective. The only exception is the 1st and 2nd all NBA defense teams, since there are relatively few metrics to go by. Your top ten list is plausible. But what constitutes greatness? Offense? Or offense plus defense? I try to consider both. I'd easily put Stockton or Chris Paul ahead of Curry at PG: Points generated (scoring + assists) per 36 minutes: Curry Stockton 39.5, Stockton 38.7, Paul 38.4 NBA 1st or 2nd team defense: Curry 0, Stockton 5x, Paul 9x As shooting guard, Kobe's offensive production is pretty far down the list, but he was one of the best on defense. So I'll give you that one. I'd also replace Shaq with Hakeem. Shaq's offensive number a little better and rebounds the same, but Hakeem was all-NBA defense 9x compared to 3x for Shaq. Plus Shaw couldn't shoot FTs. Of course, if Jockic, Doncic, and Giannis maintain their continue current pace, they could easily end up in the top ten.

lebron was really good at winning bronze medals against bums who didn't even make the nba. and losing more times than anyone else with super teams

This era of basketball is the weakest and softes Era in Basketball History There Is No Defense thats why scoring is up and its by far the softest Era in sports History its ugly to watch at times most of yhe game is a 3-point contest and viewership is way down since the 80s and the 90s
  • You said kobe was 8th but Lebron number 1? 🤣🤦‍♂️if bron the best how come he only has 4 rings in 21+years? If he’s the best why hasn’t he had 3peat? Kobe fans are delusional to put kobe at 2nd behind MJ. Was close to achieving his second 3peat btw and won with one other allstar while bron cant win with the most stacked teams that he puts together 🤣 bron is an alltime great, but sorry he aint no king unless u r counting turnovers and flopping lol he a duke or a noble; he’s definitely royalty but nowhere near the top. He hasnt played defense consistently in ten years🤣
  • If The king of alphabet or a todays players in your smoking crack l have 7 decades of ball an played 40 youf list sucks!
  • What time u didn't even put the first of the game players in the vote not even close
  • You are saying you are objective where is the defense in lebron time?? Is that objective or palin bias? Ha ha think man think

Some of these comments are disrespecting LeBron, to act like he isn't top 5 or even top 10 is insane. That said, I'm surprised that Larry Bird isn't in the top 10. In his peak he was widely considered better than Magic. He only had 9 healthy years but in that stretch he was 4th (as a rookie), 2nd, 2nd, 2nd, 1st, 1st, 1st, 3rd and 2nd in MVP voting. Was first team all nba every season and had multiple 50, 40, 90 seasons. I get that the longevity isn't as good as some other greats. But I think Bird had a top 4 peak along with MJ, Shaq and LeBron
