If you have a problem with lights out buy a generator. I've been living here since 2017 from NYC and love it.

I live in NY and homeless folks def use the bathroom in public AND that’s something I will never get used to!! Let alone able bodied human beings, it’s very inappropriate and I totally agree with you. Public urination/defecation egregious…I’m also so happy to hear how you’ve adjusted to living in Ghana. Excellent on you!

You have arrived in Ghana at a very unfortunate time. The electricity situation started just when arrived just over two months ago. It has not always been like that. Thankfully, it should be ending soon.
  • I am a Ghanaian you started fact but theyre a lot of road construction taking place in Ghana these year so thats one of the reason why theres a lot of traffic in town nowadays

Thank you so much for being honest about how it really is to live there. No our people will be more aware of what we are walking into before we move there. I did find out because of my investments and monthly income from them i should be comfortable if I move there. I am also researching Asia which I think is more developed than Africa. Your video helps a lot.
  • Truly words to or more so from the wise sis. You should if possible do a video about "getting ready for Ghana with these items" and show the items you spoke of or recommend. Great video!

Thank you for sharing and being transparent. Can you share the amazon links to the items you were describing? Thanks.
  • There are laws but is not enforced about people urinate on the streets.

Buy from the big store, malls and you get refund but buying from corner store and small store forget about refund, no no 😂 But you are a strong woman and can live in any part of the planet.

Wow, it’s ironic you talk about the leopard beach and their poor Customer Service. That happened to my cousin last October when we were there. Wow that’s not good. Thanks for sharing.

Is not like Ghana doesn't like keeping light out, there are problems government gonna fix.

The Labadi beach incidents were awful and I wish you didn't allow them to get away with it once, much more twice. These are the people bringing the name of Ghana into disrepute and they must be outed and shamed! It is true that generally, customer service in Ghana lags behind western standards; but restaurants don't engage in this blatant scam you experienced. Shameful!
  • Any black that doesn’t like any thing in Ghana, can go fix it, since you guys want everything perfect, everything is not perfect in American, go to the south side of America, everything you talking bout is there
  • @malaika444
Oh no 😂 no thank you Ghana! That sounds exhausting.
  • @XInstitute
You said you are originally from the Islands. You mean you’ve never seen that in the Islands before?
  • I think you are right in many of your narrative. Try and seek audience withe the two major political parties and table your concerns so that they can factor them into their manifestos before they finalize and outdore them before the elections. The diaspora office can facilitate that.
