2023 Recap Video - Adopting Our Baby!

I’m an adopted child, and my Mom loves telling me the story of how they found out, they were at their favorite restaurant in St. Patrick’s Day and they got the call there from the adoption agency. They had 48hrs to get everything together. And it’s been almost 43 years of being truly blessed to have been their daughter. Remember you didn’t adopt someone else’s daughter you merely received the daughter that was always meant to be yours in a slightly different way than most! Even though I watched the videos when y’all posted them I still cried watching this. Sitting here holding my newborn son just made it even more emotional. The joy and light that a little baby can bring to a family is just unbelievable.

Story Belle has the most beautiful story to one day tell. How her parents climbed mountains and went thru valley's, what seemed like a journey with no end. until the day finally came they found their sweet baby girl and realized this was just the beginning. It is truly a real life fairytale! I am so happy for you and your beautiful family. ❤🎉

Seeing your story has encouraged my husband and I to adopt. I was sterile after 3 failed pregnancies before I was 25. Thank you for sharing your journey. I hope we are as successful at adopting as we are much older.

It's the year you learned what true unconditional love is, and it's the year you realized there was nothing more important in the world than your baby girl Story Belle. I'm convinced Story is the reason why you didn't fall pregnant. God had a plan for you both. I know it was hard going through all the trials and tribulations over the last 5 years, but God's plan was for you to be Story Belle's parents. Wishing your family the best in 2024.
