Childhood vs Adulthood...

Today we talk about childhood vs adulthood. In this video I take different aspects of childhood and adulthood to determine which is truly better. Childhood or Adulthood. This video is similar to the videos I've made in the past about growing up in the 2000s and 2010s

Childhood is basically a free trial of life

If you have an abusive household, turning 18 is like going to heaven ngl
  • As a teenager, I’m both old and young enough to realize that Neither childhood nor adulthood are what it’s cracked up to be. Just try your best to be you and enjoy what you can when you can despite challenges and limitations

I think early adulthood is best 18-26 combines lower amount of worries but with the new freedoms you don’t have to usually worry about your house family but you can enjoy being in your prime
  • For me, childhood is the best thing ever. I enjoyed buying toys with my parents, I played with my best friends, going on a vacation, playing on a playhouse in malls, playing arcades, and many more.

Childhood: No freedom Adulthood: Even LESS freedom

In your childhood, you wish to become an adult but then when you're in your adulthood, you wish you were a child again.
  • I have ADHD, and emotional immaturity and I'm on my (second) gap year and people say my childhood never ended. I tell them that I didn't ask for them to give their opinion and tell them my iconic phrase "go away!"

Childhood is the free trial of life, with resrctions, and adulthood is the actual game where it is pay to win but you do almost whatever you want. I really can't choose which is better.
  • I'm 27 so I'm in that magical age range where I still have enough energy to do "kid" stuff if I want to, there's tons of outdoor activities around here for every season but since I own my own home, I can play video games at 3 AM if I want. I just wake up super early, turn on the Wii or PS3, and have fun. A lot of the stuff like cleaning the house, making meals, paying bills, once you do it enough it just becomes second nature. I don't have any kids (unsure if I'm going to, but if it happens, it happens). I think I lucked out finding two jobs that I enjoy, my summer job as a tour guide I don't even consider a job, I'm being paid to be the annoying know it all kid I used to be for free. Now people pay to listen to me. I almost feel like I'm getting away with making money for goofing off. I think the part of adulthood that sucks that nobody ever talks about is when you wake up at 1 AM from a nightmare, you can't rely on the comfort that your parents are there, it's just you in that big scary house, the moon making shadows in the bedroom, the wind rustling the trees. That's the one part of adulthood I don't like

Childhood solos literally every stage of your life

7:48 Happiness in the child cannot be compared to the happiness you get from adulthood. Like try to remember some days where you get a new toy, and thinking about how joyful it would be to play with it tomorrow and that kind of joyous moments are rare in adulthood.. Like the happiness was so much more happier and livelier than adulthood
  • I WAS WAITING I WAS JUST ABOUT TO RE-WATCH YOUR GROWING UP IN THE 2010 / 2000 VIDEOS AND YOU POSTED THIS
