Some are Covered in Ice, and others are in the Live Tank (Catch & Cook with Tongs or Hands). Self-Cooking Options Available; Charcoal Grill and Hotpot Soup. Additional Seasoned Uncooked Ingredients include Chicken Feet, Fish Fin, Okra, Pork Belly, and Quail. Dipping Sauces and Extra Seasoning include Fish Sauce, Green Chilli Sauce, Lime + Salt & Pepper Mix, Tomato Sauce, Chilli Sauce, Garlic Sauce, Vinegar, and Soy Sauce. Additional Cooked Dishes include Garlic Stir-Fried Seafood, Herbs & Chilli Seafood, Stir-Fried Frog Meat & Skin, and Lemongrass & Chilli Seafood. 🦐 *STEAMED AND STIR-FRIED SHRIMP WITH GARLIC*:
Kill it by cutting the legs off with scissors, then its head. Cook in the steamer for a few minutes until its shell turns orange. Stir-fry the prawns in a wok with butter and garlic. Add in fish sauce and crunchy fried garlic. Mix well, plate.

🦀 *STEAMED & STIR-FRIED MUD CRAB WITH BLACK PEPPER SAUCE*:
Two Crabs, one female (has eggs and more fat), and one male (bigger claws). Kill it by sticking scissors into its body and then ripping its head off. Clean the crab with running water. Cook in the steamer for 10 minutes. Stir-fry in a wok with black pepper sauce. Mix well, plate.

    The first buffet is a pretty good deal. The river prawns look wild, they jump so much. And it's funny when Sonny goes to other people's tables, they get all nervous. The jutsu sounds at the gloves' scene 😂😂😂😂😂
