Alex has improved each year with the Lions, and the more help around him the better he's been getting. Absolute dawg who knows his assignments and helps guys get into position for theirs. I believe we have a top 10 defense next season. Really excited for this season.

I can't wait to see Melifonwu in 2024. Now he's healthy and starting at safety game 1. Over the last 6 games, he was one of the best players, any position, in the league. Look at his stats and video. The last 1/3 of the season he was the best safety in the league. In fact, if he started game 1, and played that same way over the entire season, he would have been in the running for defensive player of the year. Hard to believe, huh? Can't wait to see him start at safety this year.

Very impressive that C Long knew that we had a HUGE problem on 3rd down this year and especially on 3rd and Long. 3rd and long I’ve never seen a team in the NFL give up SO MANY 3rd and longs. Hope we fix that thing soon!! But yea, shout to C Long man for knowing that.
